1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and enrolling in our courses (Abacus, Vedic Maths, etc.), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Course Enrollment

• Enrollment is subject to availability of slots.
• BN Global Education Centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Students are expected to attend classes punctually and regularly.

3. Fees and Refunds

All fees must be paid in advance before the commencement of the course.

• Refund Policy: Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases (medical emergencies), a refund or carry-forward may be considered at the management's discretion.
• Late fee payment may attract a penalty or suspension of classes.

4. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful and positive learning environment. Harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior towards teachers or other students will not be tolerated and may result in termination of enrollment without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including worksheets, digital tools (like our Online Abacus), and videos provided by BN Global Education Centre are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, BN Global Education Centre shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
