BN Global Education Centre provides a 100% digital service — the Abacus Learning Game — delivered entirely online. There are no physical goods involved, and therefore no physical shipping is required.

1. Digital Delivery

Immediately after your payment is verified (usually within seconds), your membership is activated automatically and access to the Abacus Game is enabled on your student account.

2. How You Receive Access

• Log in to your account at /bnglobal-education-centre/login.php.
• Go to your Student Dashboard.
• Click the "🎮 Play Abacus Game" button to start using the game.

No download or installation is required. The game works directly in your web browser on desktop, laptop, or tablet.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Instant: Membership activation happens automatically after successful payment verification.
• Within minutes: You will receive a confirmation email with your payment ID and membership details.
• If delayed: In rare cases (network or gateway issue), activation may take up to 30 minutes. If you still can't access the game after 30 minutes, please contact us with your payment ID.

4. Delivery Failure

If your payment was successful but your membership did not activate, please contact our support team immediately with:

• Your registered email address.
• The Razorpay Payment ID (from your confirmation email or bank SMS).
• Date and time of payment.

We will verify the payment with Razorpay and activate your membership manually within 24 hours.

5. No Physical Shipping

Since this is a digital service:

• No shipping charges apply.
• No courier, tracking number, or delivery address is required.
• No physical product will be dispatched.

6. Geographic Availability

The service is accessible worldwide. However, payment methods are currently limited to those supported by Razorpay in your region. International card payments may require activation from our payment gateway — if you face issues, please contact us.
