Welcome to BN Global Education Centre ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of https://bnglobaleducationcentre.com and any services offered through it, including the Abacus Learning Game membership.

By registering an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About the Service

BN Global Education Centre provides an online Abacus Learning Game for students. Access is offered through a paid yearly membership ("Abacus Game – 1 Year Access"). The game is designed for children and is intended to be used under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a payment on behalf of a student.
• The student user must be under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3. Account & Membership

• Each membership is for one student account only and is non-transferable.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• The membership is valid for exactly 12 months from the date of successful payment.
• After expiry, access to the Abacus Game is suspended until renewed.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking details on our servers.
• The current yearly price is displayed on the pricing page and may change without prior notice for future purchases.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with anyone outside your household.
• Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Abacus Game or its content.
• Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the website.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Abacus Game, logos, text, graphics, and design — is the property of BN Global Education Centre or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss caused by such interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BN Global Education Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the current membership period.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
